Can I order just one item?
Yes. We embroider from a single item. Larger quantities lower the unit price, because digitising the logo is a one-off cost.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. If you already have an embroidery file (DST), please include it.
How is the price calculated?
Price depends on the stitch count (design size and density), number of colours, quantity and product. We always send an exact quote before starting.
How fast will my order be ready?
Lead time depends on quantity and product availability. Smaller orders are usually ready within a week. Let us know in your enquiry if it's urgent.
Can I bring my own products?
Yes, we embroider garments and textiles you provide. We can also source products for you from trusted suppliers in the right colours and sizes.
Will the embroidery survive washing?
Yes. We use colourfast polyester threads designed for both everyday and industrial laundering.
Do you serve clients in Finland?
Yes. We work in Estonian, Finnish and English and ship finished products to Finland by courier.
